We are delighted to anounce that the UK Holiday Swap Scheme will be lauched on the 1st June 2010 the scheme is being funded by the British Kidney Patients Association.  The scheme  will give patients the opportunity to move more freely around the UK whether to go on holiday or simply visit family and friends, or carry out work commitments.
